Pro Bono Consultation on Human Resource Management

One more Pro Bono consultation was finalized successfully by MFO MBC. The consultation started with introductory meeting with executive director of association “Anika”. The meeting included the detailed review of the work of association. After the first meeting, Pro Bono consultant conducted research to identify the issues the association was facing in HRM. The research included document desk review as well as employee interviews. The received results were analyzed by Pro Bono consultant. In overall, following works have been accomplished during the consultations:

  • Analyzed and reviewed internal regulations with regard HRM. According to the results, changes and updates were made within the regulations.
  • Employee Assessment Tool was designed for Association;
  • Half-day seminar was conducted for the employees of association “Anika”. During the seminar, Pro Bono consultant shared information about the internal regulations and procedures, labor codes and issues connected to HRM

Mediator: Pro Bono consultation was mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of "Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative".
