Community Based Organizations are mostly small scale organizations or informal groups, which serve the needs of the neighborhood or geographical communities (neighborhood, district of the city, village, small town, etc) or take care of the interests of the residents of this community.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Social media features are constantly being updated and newed. Thus over time more and more new features and functions are being added to Facebook. Hence the social media is the most effective communication channel for civil society organizations, it is very important for them to have updated information about new opportunities Also, due to the fact that civil society organizations have limited resources, they do not have the opportunity to attend trainings on the above topic. As consequence, the need for a webinar on social media management has emerged.

SERVICES DELIVERED:

On July 26, 2021, Strategic Communication Manager of ACT - Nino Kalandia conducted a Pro Bono webinar on Social Media Management. The webinar lasted for 2 hours. During the webinar, participants received information on issues such as:

  • The advantages of social networking;
  • How to create an effective post on a social network?
  • Storeytelling on social media;
