About Techgogo: "Techgogo" stands out as the first digital agency with a unique model within the social enterprise ecosystem. Its primary objective is the economic empowerment of women in Kvemo Kartli, fostering access to education, and promoting the mastery of digital professions in high demand in the labor market. Combining a digital school and agency, Techgogo's mission is to create an equal environment in the employment market and the digital professional education space.
The social enterprise focuses on providing access to digital education for women and girls in Kvemo Kartli. It aims to build experience, generate new employment opportunities, and deliver digital services to organizations operating in the local market. Currently, 12 women and girls are enrolled in the enterprise. Mentors will provide a 6-month training program in graphic design/UX, social media management, and digital marketing. Project participants include single mothers and girls from ethnic minorities who have chosen to reject early marriage, learned the Georgian language, and continue their education.
Problem description: While Techgogo has a business plan and a list of services, it required assistance in terms of organizational structure, proper service organization, and the creation of a salary policy.
Services delivered: During joint meetings, the needs of the digital agency were identified, along with the challenges it faced and potential solutions. Face-to-face meetings were conducted at the Bank of Georgia office, with representatives from the Bank's HR department actively participating.
Result of Pro bono mediation: As a result of the collaborative effort, recommendations were developed for the organizational structure and salary policy, providing valuable guidance to enhance Techgogo's operations and sustainability.
Mediator: Pro Bono services are mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of the "Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative”. The initiative is funded by the European Union and co-funded by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). The project is implemented by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS)
