Description of Need:
The rapid development of digital technologies presents new challenges for community organizations. As technology evolves, it constantly changes work processes, which, if understood and adopted, can significantly enhance the efficiency of these organizations. However, community and regional civil society organizations often struggle to keep up with these innovations due to limited knowledge and access to new technologies.
Services delivered:
On July 29, 2024, Mariam Maisuradze, a representative of Tegeta Holding, conducted a pro bono seminar for members of civil organizations. The seminar focused on integrating modern technologies into the daily activities of these organizations.
Result of Pro bono mediation
The two-hour seminar was attended by 12 representatives from various civil organizations. Mariam Maisuradze dedicated 6 hours to this pro bono activity, during which she introduced several online programs designed to streamline work processes and improve efficiency, particularly in resource-constrained environments.
