TBC Leasing collaborates with the social enterprise 'Poteria' to stimulate sales

Pro Bono Company: TBC Leasing
beneficiary: Social enterprise "Poteria"

28.4.2023-14.08.2023

Brief Information About the Enterprise: Poteria is a social enterprise, specifically a workshop specializing in clay and ceramic handicrafts. The enterprise's social mission is to facilitate the reintegration of women in conflict with the law, single mothers, socially vulnerable women, and victims of violence into society. This is achieved by providing them with the opportunity to acquire a new profession and gain employment in a creative workshop. Poteria was founded by Estia, a handicrafts workshop that sells the products created by Pottery through a store located adjacent to the workshop.

Problem description: Poteria creates handcrafted products that are not mass-produced, resulting in relatively higher prices. To successfully sell these unique items, the enterprise requires a targeted sales plan focused on a niche market.

Services delivered: The TBC Leasing marketing team actively collaborated with Poteria in preparing the sales plan. The group optimized existing resources and identified a suitable potential segment from the leasing customer base. A customized offer form was meticulously prepared and sent to the identified target segment.

Result of Pro Bono Mediation: Through consultations and strategic planning, a specific target group was successfully identified. The prepared offer form was then distributed to this target segment, facilitating a more effective sales strategy for Poteria.
