Pro bono consultation in the development of the communication strategy for the “Sapari” donation platform

Beneficiary: civil organization "Sapari"

Short: In October-November 2022, a representative of a global research and management consulting company "ACT” provided pro bono consultation to the civil organization "Sapari".

Description of need: Sapari is a civil society organization whose mission is to create support services and safe environments for women and children who are victims of violence, to raise public awareness of sexual violence and sex crimes, and to promote the improvement of state policies.

The organization has built a donation platform on the site, through which it plans to find out the needs of women and children who are victims of violence, such as financing education, medical services, medicine, food, employment promotion, etc. The purpose of the consultation was to establish/perfect the marketing and communication plan of the cover donation platform.

Work carried out: In the months of October-November 2022, the research and management consulting global company "ACT” with the involvement of the strategic communications manager - Nino Kalandia, held 6 consulting meetings with the civil organization "Sapari", which amount 12 pro bono hours. The communication meetings were divided into two parts: assessing the platform's existing communication plan and formulating a new strategy.

The outcome of pro bono mediation: As a result of the pro bono consultation, the goals, form, target audience, communication language, and strategy of the communication campaign was completely changed. The civil organization "Sapari” plans to implement the campaign in 2023.
