Beneficiary: “Civil integration fund”

Problem description:

The civil organization “Civil integration fund” is located in Kvemo Kartli Region. Its mission is to promote the integration of ethnic minority representatives into civil society, and active involvement in the political and economic life of the country. The organization has a website where it posts information about current projects and activities. In this case, the aim of pro bono consultations was to analyze the content and visual side of the web page and to prepare recommendations for its improvement.

Services delivered:

In March 2023, Etuna Tsotniashvili, APM Terminal's communications and CSR partner, provided pro bono consulting services to the civil organization - "Civil Integration Fund."

Within consultations, 2 joint meetings were held, and a total of 7 pro bono hours were spent by the company.

Result of Pro bono mediation:

During the pro bono consultation, the activities of the organization were introduced and the objectives of the web page were clarified. Also, the existing web page was evaluated, and the flaws were detected.

After the meetings, a document of recommendations was prepared, which shows ways to improve the content and visual side of the posted information.
