"Georgian Laboratory" is a civil society organization working in the following areas: promoting education, supporting gender equality, systematically researching the problems facing the society and finding the ways to solve them, raising civic awareness, advocating for environmental issues, etc. The scope area of the ​​activity of the organization is Imereti region.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

"Georgian Laboratory" needed to develop a communication plan to improve communication with its stakeholders. The organization has been trying to develop a communication plan during the implementation of the various projects, but in order to position the organization correctly with the various stakeholders and also to make the communication more effective, they decided to develop a unified communication plan. For this purpose, they needed support of an experienced professional.

SERVICES DELIVERED:

In May 2022, Etuna Tsotniashvili - Communications and CSR Partner of APM Terminals Poti, provided pro bono consultation to the civil society organization "Laboratory of Georgia". Several workshops were held during the consultation and also, the consultation included online communication. As a result of the consultation, the civil organization "Georgian Laboratory" developed a communication plan of the organization to communicate with its stakeholders (donors, business sector, beneficiaries).

RESULT OF PRO BONO MEDIATION:

As a result of the Pro Bono consultation, a communication plan of the beneficiary organization was designed.
