PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Social media features are constantly being updated and newed. Thus over time more and more new features and functions are being added to Facebook. Hence the social media is the most effective communication channel for civil society organizations, it is very important for them to have updated information about new opportunities Also, due to the fact that civil society organizations have limited resources, they do not have the opportunity to attend trainings on the above topic. As consequence, Bank of Georgia conducted Pro Bono webinar about social media management.

SERVICES DELIVERED:

On July 13, 2021, representatives of Bank of Georgia conducted a pro bono webinar about Social Media Management. The webinar was led by Zura Kvinikadze. The webinar lasted for 2 hours. During the webinar, participants received information on issues such as:

  • Planning campaigns on social media and effectively manage advertising budget
  • Analysis of campaign results
  • Content formats on social media
