Problem description
From August to September 2022, Pro Bono Network members and partner companies implemented a large-scale project to assist social enterprises, to prepare for the B2B exhibition.
The purpose of the exhibition is to deepen business relations between social enterprises and companies, as well as public and state sectors.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the task of the companies was to help with the formation of a corporate offer for social enterprises.
In the mentioned direction, this year, 27 companies participated in pro bono consulting, of which 7 companies are members of the pro bono network: Crystal, Profit Lab; MBC, GPI Holding; TBC Bank; GEC Consulting, Among them Bia, which provided pro bono mentoring to the social enterprise "Poteria".
Services delivered
Within the framework of consultation meetings, the company's representatives supported the social enterprise with market research and assisted in preparing a corporate offer. Within the framework of pro bono mentoring, BIA additionally offered the social enterprise to use their service. Send "Poteria" offers to businesses of interest, through BIA's communication channels. The company “Bia” plans to support the social enterprise in the future, therefore the cooperation will continue.
Result of Pro bono mediation:
A corporate proposal was prepared based on a market research document. Communication texts were prepared and social enterprise proposals were sent to selected companies through BIA communication channels.

Pro bono services was mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of "Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative". The initiative is funded by the European Union and co-funded by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). The project is implemented by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS)
