About the Organization: The Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG) embarked on consumer rights protection in 2009, evolving into a key player in civil society dedicated to this cause. The organization's mission is to establish an effective system for protecting consumer rights in Georgia. Initially focused on monitoring the food market, CSRDG, through accumulated experience and increased support, has expanded its research areas to encompass a wide array of consumer products and services.
Description of the Need: Assisting in the development of an online marketing strategy and advertising plan for the upcoming campaign within the framework of the program, aimed at combating the counterfeiting of milk products.
Conducted Work: BISC Partners, represented by Tinatin Gogberashvili, engaged in two fruitful meetings with the communication group of the consumer rights protection program. Together, they meticulously crafted an advertising plan strategy aligned with the campaign's goals. The project implementation involved a commitment of 4 pro bono hours from BISC Partners.
Pro Bono Mediation Outcome: The collaboration yielded a Advertising Plan for the campaign.
