Social enterprise"Babale" was founded by non government organization "Together for Real Changes". The founders of the organization are the parents of children and adults with disabilities.

There is creative workshop in "Babale", where adults with special needs are working and studying, at the same time there is the salon for exhibition and for sale of the their works. Decorative art models are created as a result of mutual work of painters, designers and special teachers.

Problem Description

The main challenge, social enterpise "Babale" is facing nowadays, is to achieve persistent sales. There are high levels of orders during the holidays and hence, the sales rate is increasing, though it declines during non-holiday period. Consequently, it leads to financial instability of enterprise. "Babale" was needed customised sales strategy, which will be desinged with regard to the customers and production capabilities of the Enterprise.

Services Delivered:

Within the frames of pro bono consultation, series of working meetings have been conducted between the consultants of Georgian Progress Group and social enterprise "Babale". The meetings included, information exchange, idea generation and discussions between the consultants and representatives of enterprise. As the result of the consultation, Georgian Progress Group designed Sales Strategy Plan for social enterprise.

Result of Pro Bono Mediation:

As a result of the consultation, a sales strategy for a social enterprise was developed.
