PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
"Cognitive Center of Georgia", like many other civil society organizations, due to limited resources, does not have an employee responsible for human resources management. However, during the implementation of activities (projects), they need to properly manage the mentioned direction. Therefore, the organization needed consulting on human resource management issues.
SERVICES DELIVERED:
On July 8, 2022, Inga Takalandze, the human resources management representative of "Credo Bank", conducted a pro bono consultation to the "Cognitive Center of Georgia". Within the framework of the meeting, the organization received comprehensive information on such issues as: accounting and management of employees' time, requirements stipulated by the Labor Code of Georgia, etc.
