Pro Bono consultations of Credo Bank on Human Resource management issues - 21.04.2023

Problem description:
On March 30, 2023, a series of workshops on job searching skills and interview techniques began. The mentioned training was carried out within the framework of the project - "Strengthening of Skills and innovative employment opportunities for the regional development of Georgia" and the project was implemented with the financial support of the European Union by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG), together with the Union of Young Teachers and the Association for Civil Development of Georgia. The goal of the project was the social and economic strengthening of the region by attracting and developing human resources in the regions of Guria, Kakheti, and Kvemo Kartli.
Services delivered:
Within the framework of pro bono consultations, on 21 April, the Human Resources Specialist of Credo Bank, Etuna Kobalia conducted a simulated interview with the workshop participants and gave recommendations and tips how to improve job interview skills.
Result of Pro bono mediation:
An interview was conducted with the 3 participants of the training who expressed their desire to put the theoretical knowledge gained during the training into practice.
