"Georgian Laboratory" is a civil society organization working in the following areas: promoting education, supporting gender equality, systematically researching the problems facing the society and finding the ways to solve them, raising civic awareness, advocating for environmental issues, etc. The scope area of the ​​activity of the organization is Imereti region.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Based on the fact that "Georgian Laboratory" does not have a responsible employee in the direction of human resources management, the organization needed consultation on the mentioned issue.

SERVICES DELIVERED:

In accordance with the identified need, on July 25, 2022, the company "Crystal" provided pro bono consultation to the civil society organization "Georgian Laboratory" on the issues of human capital development and talent attraction. As part of the pro bono consultation, a meeting was held where HR team Crystal shared with the organization the advantages and challenges related to the development of human capital and the attraction and retention of talents.
