Problem description: Social enterprise "Ikorta" is an enamel workshop, which started its activity in 2011. Its mission is to improve the economic situation of the people living in the refugee settlement of Tserovani and to promote the integration process. Currently, to effectively present and promote the activities of the enterprise in social networks, it was necessary to develop a social media strategy and marketing activities.
Services delivered: From March to May 2023, three consulting meetings of the company "Crystal" and the social enterprise "Ikorta" were held. Jointly work of "Crystal" and "Ikorta" representatives, the strengths and weaknesses of the social media channels of the enterprise were revealed. An analysis of direct and indirect competitors was conducted and the goals and objectives of the social enterprise were defined.
The representatives of the marketing department of Crystal - Tekla Zviadadze and Maka Gubeladze - were involved in the consulting process. In total, 14 pro bono hours were spent by company employees.
Result of Pro bono mediation: As a result of the consultations, a social media brief document and the social media strategy of the social enterprise “Ikorta” were prepared. Within the framework of the strategy, 4 social media campaigns will be launched over the next months and their implementation will help to promote the enterprise's activities.
