Problem description

From August to September 2022, Pro Bono Network members and partner companies implemented a large-scale project to assist social enterprises, to prepare for the B2B exhibition.

The purpose of the exhibition is to deepen business relations between social enterprises and companies, as well as public and state sectors.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the task of the companies was to help with the formation of a corporate offer for social enterprises.

In the mentioned direction, this year, 27 companies participated in pro bono consulting, of which 7 companies are members of the pro bono network: Crystal, Bia, Profit Lab; MBC, GP I Holding; TBC Bank, Among them GEC Consulting, which provided pro bono mentoring to the social enterprise "Chempi".

As a result of the consultation those business companies or organizations, that represent potential target groups of the social enterprise in the direction of corporate sales, were determined.

The offer included the following tasks: preparation of information about the enterprise, selection of target companies, formulation of the main message/s about products or services for corporate clients, preparation of a short communication text with potential partners, and preparation of a relevant/individual offer for them.
