Pro bono consulting to prepare a corporate proposal

Problem description

From August to September 2022, Pro Bono Network members and partner companies implemented a large-scale project to assist social enterprises, to prepare for the B2B exhibition.

The purpose of the exhibition is to deepen business relations between social enterprises and companies, as well as public and state sectors.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the task of the companies was to help with the formation of a corporate offer for social enterprises.

In the mentioned direction, this year, 27 companies participated in pro bono consulting, of which 7 companies are members of the pro bono network: Crystal, Bia, Profit Lab; MBC, TBC Bank; GEC Consulting, among them GPI Holding, which provided pro bono mentoring to the social enterprise „Mirabaldebi".

Services delivered

During the mentoring consultation meetings, a social enterprise company representative helped create a corporate proposal that the enterprise presented at a B2B exhibition.

Also, as a result of the consultation, a list of potential corporate clients of the enterprise was determined and communication texts were prepared.

Result of Pro bono mediation: As a result of the consultation, a corporate proposal was prepared, which included information about the enterprise, a list of target companies, effectively worded messages, and communication texts with potential partners.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the social enterprise held 5 B2B meetings with companies 1. Socar 2. Archi 3. Adjara Group 4. TBC 5. M2. Within the exhibition, 539 Gel products were sold on the spot.
