About the Organization:

Orbi Bude is a social enterprise located in the village of Samshvilde. Its goal is to create a special space for travelers, serving as a guide to historical routes and a hub for new, exciting activities.

Description of the Need:

Although Orbi Bude is already operational, the growing demand has increased the need for onboarding new employees. The organization requires a structured framework outlining the rights, duties, and job descriptions for all employees.

Implemented Works:

On June 25, 2024, at Orbi Bude, Gvantsa Chakhava, the head of the HR department at Aldag, was involved in the project. The company dedicated 20 pro bono hours to this activity.

Result Obtained:

An organizational chart was created as part of the project. The number of employees was determined, the scale of human resource needs was assessed, and job descriptions for employees were prepared.

Mediator:

Pro Bono services are mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of the "Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative”.
