Problem description:

Georgia’s Pro Bono Network is an informal union of Georgian and international companies operating in Georgia that are willing to use their expertise and professional resources for the benefit of society. The Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia is responsible for the expert and administrative support of the Network.

The purpose of the consultation is to increase the efficiency of the pro bono network, in particular to improve the tool for identifying the needs of civil organizations.

Services delivered:

In March 2023, the representative of the company GEC Consulting, Irakli Mizandari, consulted the civil organization CSRDG on issues of the methodology to identify the needs of civil organizations within the framework of the pro bono network. 2 consultation meetings were held, which totaled 2 pro bono hours.

Result of Pro bono mediation:

During the pro bono consultation, the pro bono network scoping tool was reviewed, and identified opportunities for its improvement.
