The organization was established in 2002 in Akhalgori and was named the Youth Association "Akhalgori", but as a result of the events of August 2008, the organization was also displaced from Akhalgori. As the consequence of these events have led to changes in the tasks and objectives of the organization. The name of the organization (Akhalgori Youth Association) was also changed to LEPL "For the Better Future".

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Since 2002, "For the Better Future" has gained significant experience. After 19 years of experienc, the organization is planning to reorganize and change the structure of the organization and also, change the name of the organization and the director. As the result of the planned changes, the organization needs to adjust the legal documents and needed professional Laywer.

SERVICES DELIVERED:

Based on the identified needs, with the support of the Association of Law Firms of Georgia (ALFG), a law firm - KMG Georgia was involved in a Pro Bono consultation. During the consultation, company representatives met with a representative of a civil society organization. During the meeting, the participants discussed the planned changes and possible impact on the organization. As a result of the meeting, they agreed on the changes to be made in the documents. As a result, the law firm revised and amended the organization's documents.

RESULT OF PRO BONO MEDIATION:

As a result of the mediation, KMG Georgia prepared the following legal documents:

• Amendment of Charter of the organization;
• Minutes of Shareholders's Meeting;
• Minutes of the Board Meeting
