Description of the Need:

Uncertain future, fear, discrimination, and anxiety are the main symptoms that have intensified in a large part of society due to current political and social processes. How can we rehabilitate ourselves and emerge from a stressful situation to rationally understand the challenges we are facing and find ways to solve them?

On June 18, 2024, as part of pro bono activities, Lali Badridze, the founder of the Positive Psychotherapy Association of Georgia, held a pro bono seminar for representatives of civil organizations.
