21.01.2024 – 01.11.2024

Company: Digital Creative Agency Leavingstone

Beneficiary: Social Enterprise "Dediko"

About the Organization

The Social Enterprise "Dediko" is a project initiated by the Constanta Foundation in 2021. Its primary mission is to support single mothers in Georgia by improving their living conditions and providing employment and professional development opportunities. Through this initiative, "Dediko" aims to create a positive impact on the lives of single mothers and their children

Description of Need:

With the growth of its business processes, "Dediko" faced several challenges. One of the key issues was its outdated visual materials, which had become less relevant over time. Additionally, the enterprise encountered limitations in the methods available for presenting and selling its products, hindering growth and visibility.

Implemented Works:

On February 21, 2024, the communications company Leavingstone launched a comprehensive rebranding initiative for the social enterprise. The work was carried out in two main stages. The first stage focused on brand analysis and strategy development. During this phase, a branding framework was created following an in-depth review of "Dediko's" activities, products, and communication messages. The goal of this stage was to ensure that the enterprise's core values were reflected in its branding and communication strategy. The second stage focused on design and the creation of a new visual identity. A team of designers worked on updating the logo, color palette, and visual style of the enterprise's social media pages and marketing materials. Eight employees from Leavingstone were involved in the implementation of the pro bono project, dedicating a total of 212 hours of work.

Result Obtained:

As a result of the rebranding project, "Dediko" underwent significant transformations. The enterprise shifted its production focus to essential products for new mothers and their children. The visual identity was also completely updated, with a new logo, refreshed color scheme, and modernized visuals for social media pages. These changes strengthened the enterprise's image, making it more relevant, appealing, and aligned with its social mission.
