CSO Union "Ia" is a union of persons with disabilities, founded in 2005 by parents of people with disabilities. Prior to its official registration in 2003-2005, the organization worked as an initiative group. The main activities of the organization are: art therapy (painting, sculpture, clay), drama therapy (speech, performinf, events), music therapy (teaching folk songs, children's songs, music, etc.), Psychological Service - individual, group.


PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Unfortunately, Union "Ia" did not have an official page on Facebook until now. However, the organization needed to have an official page on the social media. Due to limited resources, Facebook is the only channel they have to communicate with the target audience..

SERVICES DELIVERED:

Based on the identified needs, the marketing team of the MFO MBC was involved in the process of creating and designing Facebook page for Union IA. The following activities were carried out within the frames of the consultation: the Facebook page of the organization was created, the business manager of the page was created, the posters for the posts were designed, etc. In addition, cosultants provided coaching session to the representatives of the organization about managing the Facebook page.
