CCG is a sustainable non-formal education platform that seeks, befriends, and supports people in strengthening their independent living skills promoting new initiatives, supporting youth activities, and finding common solutions to existing challenges.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The Cognitive Center of Georgia needed to change the existing charter, the minutes of the meeting and the founding agreement and redistribute the rights and responsibilities between the founders and the governing members of the organization.
SERVICES DELIVERED:
In February 2022, the law firm "Nodia, Urumashvili and Partners" conducted pro bono consulting for CSO "Cognitive Center of Georgia". Within the framework of the consultation, the charter of the organization, the minutes of the meeting and the document of the founding agreement were developed. Consultation included meeting and online communication.
