Lagodekhi Learning and Employment Support Center was established within the project of "Skills Building and Innovative Job Opportunities for Regional Development of Georgia".
The purpose of the Learning and Employment Support Centers is to help local job seekers develop their skills and deepen their knowledge in a variety of areas. The Centers gradually develop training programs, workshops and seminars, taking into account the requirements of the labour market, as well as the needs and interest of people who apply to the employment centers,
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
One of the beneficiary groups of the Lagodekhi Learning and Employment Support Center is job seekers who want to deepen their knowledge in various fields and be employed in interesting and desirable organizations or business companies. To make it easier for the Center's beneficiaries to find likable job positions and integrate into the labor market, the Center offers a training module about "Job Hunting Skills and Interviewing Techniques".
SERVICES DELIVERED:
On July 29, 2022, HR head of Orient Logic - Keti Dolidze conducted a pro bono workshop for the beneficiaries of the Lagodekhi Learning and Employment Support Center. The workshop covered the following topic: "Job Hunting Skills and Interviewing Techniques". The participants were involved in an interview simulation during the meeting. Simulation process will help them to successfully pass the interview stage in the future. Also, participants received information about successful interviewing techniques and necessary skills to find the preferable jobs.
