Beneficiaries: Social Enterprise "Gumbati"
Social enterprise "Gumbati" is located in the village of Gumbati, Tsalka municipality. The purpose of the enterprise is to support to raise education level among Tsalka residents through formal and non-formal education. The mission of the "Gumbati" is to improve the living standards and peaceful coexistence of the diverse residents of Tsalka municipality.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
In order to improve the communication with the stakeholders, the social enterprise "Gumbati" needed a consultation to improve and effectively manage the social network, in particular - the Facebook page. The Facebook page is the only communication channel for the enterprise, and therefore, it is very important for them to manage this communication channel effectively.
SERVICES DELIVERED:
In May 2022, Pasha Bank started Pro Bono consultation for SE Gumbati. As part of the consultation, Pasha Bank's digital team assissted social enterprise to improve its Facebook page. In particular, at the initial stage, the bank's employees diagnosed the company's Facebook page, as a result they identified the issues in which the company needed help. In accordance with the identified needs, the social enterprise received detailed recommendations in the direction of improving the management of the social network.
