Beneficiary Ogranization: Social Enterprise "Kodala"
Social enterprise "Kodala" was founded In 2013 by youth movement "Daviatiani" with financial support of Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia and Children and Youth Development Fund of Georgia. Persons with different social status (juvenile probationers, persons with disability, ex prisoners and vulnerable young people) are getting professional education via innovative teaching methods in social enterprise. Kodala's main products are woodwork assembly toys, which help to improve kid's memory, imagination and eyesight. Toys are covered with special eco friendly painting liquid and is absolutely safe for kids.
Problem Description:
Since 2016, social enterprise Kodala is operating as self-financing enterprise on Georgian market. Currently, enterprise is producing up to 200 sort unique toyes: assembly, rolling, mechanical toys. In addition, "Kodala" is producing souvenirs and decorative accessories. In overall, social enterprise employs 12 person, among them 5 are people with disability.
In 2018, Kodala decided to use export posibilities and to sell its production on foreign markets. In order to communicate and get in touch with foreign clients, "Kodala" needed well organized and designed Product Catalogue.
Services Delivered:
In 2018, series of meetings and online communication was conducted between marketing team of Pasha Bank and social enterprise "Kodala". The following works were done, as part of pro bono consultation:
Pro bono consultation was conducted by the marketing team of Pasha Bank - PR and marketing experts and car driver of Pasha Bank and invited designer and photographer. In overall 100 working hours have been spent to create product catalogue.
