Problem description: “Orbis Bude” is a social enterprise, which is located in the village of Samshvilde, and its goal is to create a special space for travelers, which will be a guide to historical routes and a place for new, interesting activities.
The company wants to establish itself as a local tourist destination, for which proper media marketing strategy and communication channels are important.
Services delivered: On March 7, 2023, employees of Tegeta Holding's marketing department (in the direction of digital marketing), Elene Mesablishvili and Tamar Razmadze, started a pro bono consultation with the social enterprise Orbi Bude, which aimed to assist in developing an online media marketing strategy and creating online media channels for the social enterprise “Orbis bude.” Ninutsa Chechelashvili (CSR Manager of Tegeta Holding) was also actively involved in pro bono activities. With her direct involvement, Orbis Bude will be placed on the Tegeta Care platform. The joint work of Tegeta Holding and Orbis Bude was completed in May, and the representatives of the company spent 28 pro bono hours.
Result of Pro bono mediation: As a result of Pro Bono mediation was created social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) pages and a Meta business manager. Online media strategy was prepared, content and advertising strategy were defined as well. Also, a 2-hour training session on the use of the working principles of Meta Business Manager was prepared for employees of Orbis Bude.
