PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Personal branding is a new and interesting topic in which people are becoming more and more interested in. Thus topic is becoming more and more relevant. Each person creates his own image in society in different ways and, consequently, has an impact on people or on various process. Shrotly, this is what branding itself is, the same as personal branding.
What is personal branding? Each person, whether they like it or not, creates his/her own image in society in different ways. This is self-branding - how you present yourself online or in a real environment: image, conversation, correspondence culture, attitude towards others, etc. By "selling" ourselves through self-branding, delivering it to potential employers and partners, it is one of the keys to our success. We build ourselves as a business with personal branding, so it is essential to know what factors to consider when working on ourselves.
Due to the fact, that Community Based Organizations are managed by women leaders who plan and manage various projects and initiatives, have different stakeholders and it is necessart for them to take care of personal branding. Hence a Pro Bono webinar about "Personal Branding" was conducted.
