Social enterprise "Gumbati" is located in the village of Gumbati, Tsalka municipality. The purpose of the enterprise is to support to raise education level among Tsalka residents through formal and non-formal education. The mission of the "Gumbati" is to improve the living standards and peaceful coexistence of the diverse residents of Tsalka municipality.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

In many cases, social networks are the only channel of communication for social enterprises, especially for the social enterprise "Gumbati". In order to improve the management of the Facebook page and to effectively provide information to the stakeholders of the enterprise, Gumbat needed a consultation in social media management.

SERVICES DELIVERED:

On October 26, 2021 Giorgi Kalatozishvili, the founder of the company Reminder, provided a Pro Bono consultation to the social enterprise "Gumbati". During the consultation, the enterprise received detailed information about social page management issues, precisely defining target audiance and designing social media strategy for the enterprise.
