Problem description: A social enterprise faces a crucial human resources challenge. It lacks a defined HR strategy, including aspects such as recruitment, retention, and job description preparation. Services delivered: Tuti Uplisashvili and Eka Chikviladze, dedicated members of the Human Resources Management Department, actively participated in addressing the aforementioned challenges. The company's representatives engaged in two productive meetings with the social enterprise, delving into the formulation of a comprehensive strategy for acquiring and retaining new staff within the constraints of the enterprise's capabilities. The commitment of Tuti Uplisashvili and Eka Chikviladze resulted in a total of 6 pro bono hours contributed by the company.
