Legal Pro Bono Workshop, May 11, 2022
Pro Bono Provider: Zedelashvili & Laywers Group
Beneficiaries: Community Based Organizations
Community Based Organizations are mostly small scale organizations or informal groups, which serve the needs of the neighborhood or geographical communities (neighborhood, district of the city, village, small town, etc) or take care of the interests of the residents of this community.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Community organizations are community organizations that implement various environmental and social projects. Also, organizations are actively working to empower women and protect their rights. Due to the fact that in many cases women do not have enough information about their rights or what kind of rights are provided by the Georgian legislation in this regard, there is a need to hold an information workshop on these issues.
