Insurance company Aldag will support the social enterprise Orbi Bude in human resources management as part of a pro bono project. The HR consulting will involve the comprehensive allocation of roles among employees and the creation of detailed job descriptions.

Orbi Bude, located in the village of Samshvilde, aims to boost local employment by leveraging the region's tourism potential. The head of Aldag's HR department will provide pro bono assistance in establishing the enterprise's human resource structure and developing job descriptions.

This pro bono mediation is part of the "Civil Society Initiative: Sustainable, Open, and Accountable Civil Society Organizations for the Development of Georgia" project, funded by the European Union and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
