On July 27, the law firm "Svanidze & Partners" provided legalPro Bono consultation to Tetritskaro Youth Center. As part of the consultation, the civil society organization received recommendations with regard the establishment of a social enterprise. In particular, what legal forms should be chosen by the organization and what are the possible legal or tax risks, what legal procedures should be followed, etc.

Legal Pro Bono consultation was held with the support of the Association of Law Firms of Georgia (ALFG). ALFG has been a member of the Georgian Pro Bono Network since 2016.

Pro Bono consultation was mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of Civil Society STAR Initiative: CSOs as Sustainable, Transparent, Accountable and Resilient Development Actors in Georgia’.
