On July 25, 2022, the Crystal provided a pro bono consultation to the civil society organization "Georgian Laboratory". As part of the consultation, a meeting was held between the representatives of Crystal and the organization. During the meeting, representatives of Crystal shared information and gave the recommendations on employee development and talent management issues.

Crystal is a member of Pro Bono Network of Georgia.

Georgia’s Pro Bono Network is an informal union of Georgian and international companies operating in Georgia that are willing to use their expertise and professional resources for the benefit of the society.

Pro Bono workshop is mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of Civil Society STAR Initiative: CSOs as Sustainable, Transparent, Accountable and Resilient Development Actors in Georgia’. The project is funded by the European Union and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.
