Pro Bono Consultation of Credo Bank in HR Management

In the period of April to May 2023, a cycle of workshops on job search skills and interview techniques was held. The mentioned workshops were carried out within the framework of the project - "Strengthening of Skills and innovative employment opportunities for the regional development of Georgia.”

During the workshops, employees of Credo Bank's Human Resources Management Service - Etuna Kobalia and Gvantsa Tutisani took part in the practical cases of interviewing techniques and conducted simulated interviews for the workshop participants.

With the involvement of Credo Bank representatives, 3 practical meetings were held on the basis of three training and employment promotion centers - in Kakheti region Lagodekhi and Telavi training and employment promotion centers, and in Guria - Ozugeti training and employment promotion center.

The mentioned workshops were carried out within the framework of the project - "Strengthening of Skills and innovative employment opportunities for the regional development of Georgia" and the project was implemented with the financial support of the European Union by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG), together with the Union of Young Teachers and the Association for Civil Development of Georgia. The goal of the project was the social and economic strengthening of the region by attracting and developing human resources in the regions of Guria, Kakheti, and Kvemo Kartli.

Pro bono mediation is carried out by the project "Civil Society Initiative: Sustainable, Open, and Accountable Civil Society Organizations for the Development of Georgia." The project is financed by the European Union and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
