In August, the financial inclusion organization Crystal launched a pro bono project focused on human resources in collaboration with the social enterprise Stem Space.

The mission of Stem Space is to promote the socio-economic integration and employment of young people by offering LEGO-based STEM courses. These courses equip young people with technical skills in high-demand, specialized fields, both in Georgia and internationally.

The enterprise's primary challenge is meeting the growing market demand, which is hindered by a shortage of human resources. At this stage, Crystal will assist in attracting and developing the necessary talent.
