In October 2022, “Crystal” started pro bono consulting, which aims to develop a social media strategy, for the community connection “Hereti.”

On October 21, the first meeting was held, within the framework of which the representatives of the Crystal company - social media manager and digital marketer shared information about the development of a communication strategy with the founders of the community union "Hereti".

As part of the consultation, the analysis of the Facebook page was done jointly, after which Crystal's Social media manager gave Hereti representatives practical pieces of advice and theoretical material, based on which the strategy development process was planned. Another pro bono consultation was scheduled.

Pro bono mediation is carried out by the project "Civil Society Initiative: Sustainable, Open, and Accountable Civil Society Organizations for the Development of Georgia." The project is financed by the European Union and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
