On March 7, 2023, the first consultation meeting of the company Crystal and the social enterprise Ikorta was held. The purpose of pro bono consulting is to develop a social media strategy and marketing activities. Financial inclusion organization Crystal's social media and marketing team participates in the consulting process.

During the first meeting, the main purpose of the pro bono consultation was determined. In order to better understand the needs, the representatives of the Crystal company provided the social enterprise with an evaluation tool, which will help to better define the goals and needs of the enterprise. Which will help to conduct the process of pro bono consultations effectively and efficiently.

Social enterprise "Ikorta" is an enamel workshop, which started its activity in 2011. Its mission is to improve the economic situation of the people living in the refugee settlement of Tserovani and to promote the integration process.

Pro Bono services are mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of the "Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative".
