Pro Bono Consultations of Credo Bank
On March 30, 2023, a series of workshops - job searching skills and interview techniques began. The mentioned training is carried out within the framework of the project - "Strengthening of Skills and innovative employment opportunities for the regional development of Georgia" and the project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG), together with the Union of Young Teachers and the Association for Civil Development of Georgia. The goal of the project is to develop and maintain local human capital in Guria, Kakheti, and Kvemo Kartli regions for social and economic empowerment.
Within the framework of pro bono consultations, 2 employees from the Human Resources Management Department of Credo Bank will be involved in practical cases of interview techniques. Human resource management specialists will conduct a simulated interview with the workshop participants and help them to apply the knowledge gained during the training in practice. In total, 3 practical meetings will be held on the basis of three training and employment promotion centers - in the Lagodekhi and Telavi training and employment promotion centers in the Kakheti region, and in the Ozugeti training and employment promotion center in the Guria region.
Training Participants will receive information about the techniques of successful job interviews. The simulation interview will help them to pass the interview process in the future successfully.
Pro Bono services are mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of the "Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative".
