On February 28, 2022, GPI Holding provided pro bono consulting to the social enterprise "Ethnodesign" in the field of human resource management.

The meeting was held online and participants discussed the challenges social enterprise was facing in human resource management. The meeting was attended by the HR team of GPI Holding and representatives of the social enterprise "Ethnodesign".

Georgia’s Pro Bono Network is an informal union of Georgian and international companies operating in Georgia that are willing to use their expertise and professional resources for the benefit of the society.

Pro Bono consultation was mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of Civil Society STAR Initiative: CSOs as Sustainable, Transparent, Accountable and Resilient Development Actors in Georgia’. The project is funded by the European Union and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.
