Bank of Georgia's new Pro Bono project
The Bank of Georgia has initiated a pro bono collaboration with the social enterprise "Techgogo," which involves providing assistance in establishing their organizational structure and salary policy.
Techgogo is the pioneering digital agency with a unique model within the social enterprise ecosystem. Its mission is to empower women in Kvemo Kartli economically, facilitate access to education, and promote the mastery of in-demand digital professions in the labor market. "Techgogo" encompasses both a digital school and an agency, working toward creating an equitable environment in the job market and digital professional education space.
During the initial joint meeting, the digital agency's needs, challenges, and potential solutions were identified. This project will continue in the future, with representatives from the Bank of Georgia gradually providing guidance to the social enterprise.
Pro Bono services are mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of the "Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative”. The initiative is funded by the European Union and co-funded by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). The project is implemented by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS)
