ACG Consulting starts a new long term Pro Adoption Project

15.06.2023

Company ACG Consulting has started a long-term Pro Bono Project with a social enterprise- Pastry shop “Tanave.”

Pro Bono Adoption projects are European practices, which aim for civil organizations or social enterprises’ long-term assistance by a Pro Bono company in problem-solving on one or several issues.

Such an approach helps the civil organization systematically respond to the challenges it faces. With the pro bono company's expertise, civil organizations have the opportunity to create a more sustainable, adaptive, and structured business model.

Pastry Shop "Tanave" is a social enterprise located in the village of Pshavi. The aim of the enterprise is to improve the economic sustainability of women and youth by developing professional skills and taking care of their employment.

In the process of long-term consulting and mentoring, ACG Consulting professionals will provide the “Tanave” financial manager with both theoretical information and practical assistance.

In particular, within a year the company will manage and mentor the organization to properly record its own transactions and communicate with the Revenue Service.

It should be noted that ACG Consulting has already implemented a Pro Bono Adoption project in the past year (2021).

Mediator: Pro Bono services are mediated by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia within the frames of the "Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative”.
